DMCA Notice
XPage respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws, it is our policy to respond promptly to valid copyright infringement claims and to take appropriate action where necessary.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on XPage in a manner that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice to us. Your notice must include the following information, as required by law:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL or specific location on XPage.
- Your contact information, including name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, XPage will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the infringing material. We will also notify the user who posted the content about the takedown.
